Differentiated Instruction

Differentiated instruction is a cyclical process of finding out
about the learner and responding by differentiating. As we continue to learn more about the learner, we respond by differentiating instruction with increased precision and effectiveness. (Differentiated Instruction Educator’s Package 1)

The infographic shown here demonstrates strategies for differentiating instructions. It mentions a number of strategies that are mentioned in an article by Marcus Guido posted on prodigygame.com called 20 Differentiated Instruction Strategies & Examples

Using information recorded on a learner profile e.g. learning style, multiple intelligence etc. in conjunction with these techniques would enhance learning in the classroom. The artifact also provides techniques to enhance cooperation, collaboration, conversation and reflection

The level of reflection is pedagogical reflection. The article mentions taking into consideration the learning environment, student's voice, team work and collaboration and student and self-reflection. Based on factors, that include those just mentioned, teachers are encouraged to pick the best instruction practice based on the needs of the classroom.
